The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. "Belambra purchased the Club Med Avoriaz site. It's in a prime location in a breathtakingly bucolic setting in the French Alps above Morzine another notable Apline town. We purchased a 1-week, all inclusive package for four - 2 rooms, 2 adults each - for us and our two adult children (25 & 27), who shared a room. Rooms are quite small, with little room to move around, but practical, with enough closet and shelve space, a shower ans separate toilet. Our rooms had a wonderful view of the town below...

Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."
