"I llke staying at this hotel as it very quiet and not over crowded like the London Road branch. I was fined £60 at the London Road branch for just enquiring if they had a room that evening which they had'nt so I will never stay there again Regards Peter C. Locke"

"This inn is basic and without pretense. It is clean and well maintained. There is a pub across the parking lot called The Mermaid which share employees with the inn. The people here are fanastic, always genuinely smiling and friendly."

Being picky, some areas of bathroom paintwork could do with thorough clean or repaint...back of door and handle particularly. Would definitely use again. Superb breakfast. "
