"This property has been very carefully designed to suit anyone with a disability. It is suitably located near to the sea front , restaurants & shops but is in a quiet location. It has a disabled car parking bay on the road outside & other free parking nearby.I enjoyed my stay there & will certainly return."

"Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "The hotel was easy to find with a good size free car park, especially for me with a long wheelbase van. I had asked for a ground floor room and they certainly didn’t disappoint. My room at access from inside the hotel, but also a door directly out onto the car park. The room was large and comfortable with a full wet room bathroom. I had a lovely warm welcome in reception and the staff I met for my short one day were all first class. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in this area."

"The staff were very helpful & obliging. The reception area and the corridor’s need an upgrade, the reception area was bare and not welcoming. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the golf course. The only thing we noticed was the entrance to the bathroom needed attention. The water from the shower (we had an accessible bathroom) had rotted the doorway and the bottom of the door. This said, we would stay at Ufford Park hotel again."
