Para mejorar: Poner enchufes suficientes, iluminación en baño poner luz blanca, no hay forma de ver bien para maquillarme, falta luz para lectura en las camas, falta luz en el espejo de la habitación y poder apagar la luz desde el buró y no solamente desde el lado donde está el closet. Se sale toda el agua de la regadera por la pared tan corta en la tina. En el desayuno pedí un plato de frutas y pedí plátano, me dijero que...

"The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room and the bathroom were not properly cleaned and I reported it to the front desk around 8:30 PM. There was no cleaning personnel and the recepcionist and one of the kitchen crew members came a did the cleaning. I also received assitance from the help desk with printing some documents and utilizing the front desk computer because mine lap top was not working. The staff was accommodating and trouble shoot with no hesitation. Bravo!!! "

"The property is very lovely and clean and most of the food was really good! The staff was very friendly and diligent! The only really bad thing was sat night across our room a house had a party with a live band starting around 11 pm going on all night until 6:30 so we could not sleep. It wasn’t direct responsibility of the hotel but maybe they could work more with authorities to enforce the necessary restrictions "
