"Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists but only a short walk to many of the main points of interest. Sussana was most helpful for information and directions. Our room (602)was cozy, clean, and had good space with a kitchenette which was equipped with all that one needs - coffee maker, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, utensils, kitchenware etc. Our recommendation- change to better pillows. And, there is a nook with unused space where you can put a small sitting...

"The hotel was very good and met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff in that area friendly and obliging. My only minor issue was with housekeeping where it seems every day they omitted to do something in the room. This was rectified by the team on the front desk who always helped. This would not stop me staying there again but a little irritating."

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Bed was wicked comfortable as were the pillows (and we had lots of them)! The couch in the room is GREAT for when relaxing a bit in the room. Takes away the necessity of always having to sit on the bed. Hotel is newly renovated. Breakfast spread was amazing (although I would suggest adding signs/labels for allergens like Gluten, tree nuts, etc). There is parking available, although it's not the hotel but a public lot. "We found the room to be clean and tidy, and the bed was firm and comfortable for a good nights sleep. The windows open to allow in fresh air, which was nice for sleeping. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower, which was a nice feature not often found, the hotel staff was amazingly nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bruges. "
