"Check in was smooth and quick. The bed was very comfortable. I don't know why but I feel all hotel rooms booked through Expedia are the ones in the worst shape. Like they are not in perfect condition. Furniture can be pretty worn or have backed up sinks. "

"I would recommend this hotel because it is located inside a shopping center, which ironically very quite. It is also surrounded by many restaurants. The location is great because it is nestle in the center of the city. Lastly, the room is clean and spacious. "

"This property has a spectacular view of the city. It is at the top of a large hill (small mointain) in Tlaquepaque. You will need transportation to go anywhere due to it's location. If you're looking for a place to destress & relax..I would recommend it. Outside the property there is a sidewalk so you can go for a walk around the neighborhood. You will need to take a taxi or Uber to go anywhere. We enjoyed our stay."
