"there are 2 Hiltons. Make sure you pick the correct one. Should have booked the other at the North terminal. Regardless it is a good room but miles away from reception!!! The bed sheeting was badly made. Tucked in improperly at the end. Think of short sheeting! Everything otherwise was very good. Wifi did not work. Had to get front desk to give us access to an alternate connection. Very helpful staff and pleasant too! Would stay there again if using South terminal. Breakfast buffet was very good...

"We enjoyed this hotel for the friendliness of the staff and a welcoming lobby and restaurant. We paid for the restaurant breakfast and found it delicious as well... basic hotel buffet food, but we liked everything but the orange juice. Family of four, with two teens. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the tv stations. Pool a bit too cold for us... probably about 78 degrees F. My main complaint is that the wallpaper was roughed up a bit in places and the furniture is a bit dated, ...

I was told I would not be receiving any email confirmation of this when I asked, but was assured the booking change had been made. However, at check-in they had no record of this and had no twin rooms left. I've given 4 stars though as reception sorted out a family room instead"
