"Excellent service. Unfortunately, the floors were not thoroughly clean as I could tell by walking barefoot. In addition, our television had no signal and were unable to get it resolved. The hotel offered to provide us with a different room but as we were checking out the next morning we left it at that. We felt very secure and pampered otherwise. 👍"

"Room dis not look clean, Shower door hinge is loose and there is black mold growing at bottom, there was hair on walls and floor. Room is nice but not clean as at all"

"Balcony view is amazing. Cleanliness and security is top notch. Only issue I had were the elevators. You are only allowed to use certain elevators so the key card did not work but security saw us having a hard time and informed us which elevators we were supposed to use. "
