Tijana Trip
We stayed for 10 nights, and the location was awesome, just near the strip. The staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, and I have no complaints. I'll definitely book again in the future!

The room was super clean. The door was not all seal and people smoking outside on the patio, all the smoke coming to you room. Plus I get bitten by bugs in the bed. Not sure if it is all rooms or just my bed.

The hotel was a mess no soap nothing! The customer service sucks the front desk was more busy with her phone than to help us! Our TV was not working and they change room at 11 when they could had changed us a long time ago when we checked in. Then in the morning when I checked out I tried to make a proper complain and the front desk lady told me welcome to Mexico I can not complain and my complain is not valid and that this is not United States! Really then why pay for a hotel that won't accomodate you. That hotel was terrible and I wish I can get my money back

TERRIBLE. EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN Y DE LIMPIEZA ES GROSERO. Es un claro ejemplo de una pésima atención al cliente. Habitaciones sucias, persona de límpieza grosera que no bien su trabajo y si vas a pedir algo a recepción el servicio está PEOR. una chica que solo está sentada sin hacer nada y con mala cara. MALO MUY MALO.
