"Plan on getting steamer if you stay here to steam/iron your clothes. The room does not come with an iron and you would have to request one which they’ll let you keep for a day however, I think the iron was older than myself. It barely worked and the folding iron board was so broken that when I was trying to iron, the latch slipped and the board landing right on my feet. Other than that experience, I would say staff was amazing and the stay was great! The food was amazing as well. "

"Lovely hotel with amazing friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean and modern with a really nice quirky setup. Location was excellent. Staff very friendly. Only down side was we’d been told we could have a room to shower as we had a late flight. Our flights got delayed but when we wanted to take a shower and get change we were only offered the pool shower which was hot, wet and not suitable for getting changed.
