"The staff are wonderful, though our check in was interrupted by another group and our host left us for a while. Buffet is very good and was never too busy, and loved the view from our room! However, the hotel is very dated and rooms are large but sparsely decorated. Much like a hotel in Las Vegas. Some parts of the hotel seemed abandoned with only a couple of tailor shops and a hair salon on the bottom floor open. Wish they had an amenity shop onsite so save the walk to the 7-11. We did not go...

"We were upgraded! Amazing hotel and thanks to expedia we got vouchers for Thai Iced Tea or Iced coffee. Amazing staff and location is just perfect from this hotel. Terminal 21 mall is also within the hotel. Amazing restaurant and shops are conveniently located within the hotel. "

"We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. We had a spacious suite room with balcony overlooking the river- with bathrobes & slippers. Their breakfast was indeed a treat & had selections for western & eastern palates & an egg & noodle stations. Come early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table. Service was 5 star too from the front desk, the concierge (who helped us find great city tours & dinner with traditional dancing), room service & restaurant. Definitely a wonderful all around classy hotel...
