"The staff was great. I was there for business for 7 days that I booked through my company. I then booked another 2 nights through hotels.com. I didn't have to change rooms or keys. All of the billing was correct. If you sleep in late they still clean your room without having to ask. The Internet is extremely fast. The location is perfect. Download the SBB app and every major train and trolley stops at the Enge station literally across the street. My room had an induction stovetop, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and all of the silverware and flatware and cups and glasses you would need. That is great but it's super because there is a grocery store and 2 convenience stores in the train station and the same building as the hotel. The breakfast was great. Fancy coffee and a large selection."

"Overall, a very good hotel in a very convenient location. The stay was very pleasurable. The only problem we had was the way the staff treated us in the breakfast hall full of guests. My wife took one of those honey sachet in her plate while having breakfast. However, she didn’t feel like having it then so decided to take it with her to have it later. Whilst leaving the waitress wished us goodbye and then noticed the honey pouch in my wife’s hand. She immediately stopped us in the middle of the hall and loudly said “sorry madam, you’re not allowed to take the honey with you. If you take things like this, what would be left for other guests”. It wasn’t like she was taking an extra one with her. It was the one she got for herself in the first place and was meant for her!!! We teied explaining her but she didn’t budge. In order to save any further arguments, we just left the honey and left. It was very unprofessional of the waitress to treat their guests in such embarrassing way in front of other guests."

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"We had such an amazing stay at the Home Hotel! Great location near the shops and transport links. All staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful, the bar was a fantastic chill space to sit and drink and relax, the room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Cannot fault the place, will be staying here again for sure when we return to Zurich. "
