"The apartment is very beautiful and the view outside feels so magical for someone living in Asia. Did not manage to use the sauna there as we were too cold and tired from our daily activities. The shower perhaps need a blind as friends staying there may not feel private enough when showering (for family maybe ok). Johanna is very friendly and warm. Am so glad to have meet her. Shout out to Johanna and Owner of Haistila, THANK YOU AND WE ENJOY THE STAY "

"Website location of City Apartments is incorrect. Calls to business failed as number was listed as unavailable. When business was finally reaced, they advised it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to arrive with a key for acess. Note there is no front desk or any employee on the premises. When Hotel.com “customer service” was advised of problems, they would not immediately cancel our reservation stating that they needed approval from the business."
