"Not a 4-star hotel by any means. We needed to find a place for two nights passing thru and thought this would be a good option. We have stayed in 2-star places better than this."

"This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new. No towels at the pool or at the sub chairs. You have to rent them daily from the desk if you need...

"Loved the pool. Parking was great and easy. Location was easy to find. Staff were helpful. Showers were very small. Bathrooms smelled a bit - plumbing problems perhaps need fixing. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation."

Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. We might not be the last customers, as rooms are still bookable (at a reduced rate). Examples: Dirty Pool, not fit to swim in. "10/10 exceeded expectations. Room was amazing with a private plunge pool on the deck. The views are amazing and the restaurants are very well done on the ocean. Clean and felt like a Hawaii oasis"

"The resort fees were added were not needed as its just a pool there. The xtra for towels were ridiculous. With that said the resort itself and the shuttle sea were very nice convenient "

"Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅. Personnel very kind and helpful , they even allowed me to do a late checkout at no cost . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are top !! Delicious local food and some international food also . The only negative for me was the bed 🛌, too hard and difficult to sleep. Overall Highly recommend . "

"The hotel is not very close to anything and walking outside the hotel I would not recommend. Roads are busy and steep hills. Nothing really around you. Rooms are very old and damp. Hotel music very loud until midnight at times. Pool and beach are adequate. "
