We arrived after a long journey tired and hungry, only to be told nearest restaurant was 9 miles away. Although the front desk staff was kind (beware only speaks italian), the rooms are severely outdated (for example no TV in room, fridge and AC both appeared not to be functional), the dining menu is laughable (pre-selection of all meals each day with extremely limited choices and 500ml of water), the facilities are old and in need or renovation, the wifi is inexistant (we could not find any signal for the entire time we were at this property) AND the worst...

There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible! I had to find another place and move!"
