"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"What is special about this hotel is the location, pool areas, large space and gardens. This hotel is on a very busy, noisy and smelly street. The main street of Chaweng where everything happens. You could not be central. But once you enter the hotel area you are embraced by nature and plants. It is very quiet. The hotel has two big pools and beach access. I cannot think of a better location and arrangement of greenery. You can take drinks, eat food or breakfast by the sea. Everything is almost...

"Staff were excellent and friendly. I was a bit disappointed of the breakfast choices. Our shower room was flooded. I notified the front desk, they said they will send technician which never showed up. I also didn’t follow up on it. We were only there for 3 nights. Consider the price I paid, I had higher expectations. Overall, I love the vibe and the location. I would stay here again in the future."
