"Overall it’s good. Nice bar and sauna, efficient check in and out. Good vibes. But rooms are a bit small. We had a corner room which has excellent view but the bed is in the middle of the room, making a small room with even less room to walk around. The wooden bed frame is way too big for a small room and we have to be very cautious when we are in the room to avoid hitting our toes. Also the lightning is bad. "Walking distance from Nagoya station. Hotel website has helpful videos on how to reach hotel above ground or via underground link from station. Can be pretty confusing using underground link for 1st timers to Nagoya station. Station is massive. It was raining on our arrival, so the walk was wet and seem quite far to walk with luggage. Hotel reception is on 18th floor. Room is small but Queen bed is good size for us. Not much space to open up 2 medium luggage. Lots of eateries and convenience...

"High-end hotel right next to the train station. Very convenient but thats not the best part. Reserve a high floor room and enjoy amazing views. The breakfast buffet is second to none and you can enjoy drinks and snacks in the evening on the 30th floor. Staff is superb and friendly. Would definitely love to stay again. "

"The room was perfect for big families, my kids had lots of fun with the numerous safari themed soft toys in the room. The hotel is also within walking distance to a convenience shop (Lawson), restaurants and the Osu Shopping Street! "We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"The place was super huge and comfortable and the bathtub was super huge as well. Chose this place to stay as it was considered like a rest stop for us in nagoya. Though it was slightly far from the nagoya station it is still walkable. The station had many things and a huge takashimaya. Around 10min away from the hotel there's a huge donki which is not very crowded but it is more like a super market kind of donki. Overall it was a pretty peaceful area. The hotel facilities were great. The bathrobe was a 2 piece - shirt n pants which was comfortable. Everything in the hotel was pretty. "
