Lovely comfortable spacious room with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The bed was very comfortable and the location is also very good. The restaurant is good for dinner however the breakfast needs improvement as it’s got a small variety and is the same every single day. Overall highly recommended."

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. The location is excellent, a couple blocks from the waterfront, Te Papa museum, theatres, great food, but also quiet. We were super happy (and surprised) at how quiet the rooms were."

"Given the price of hotels in central Wellington, it was reasonable VFM. I only interacted with two people, the person who checked me in and the one who checked me out. They were both very nice and efficient. The apartment was small but had all you need (and all that was advertised). Like a lot of New Zealand hotels, it gives the impression of having seen better days (I think it must be a tradition or something)"

There was however building works going on across the road from 7.30am except Sunday, the room was quite warm with no air conditioner and the shower had a tendency to flood a bit. Overall it was ok."
