I trapped it with a paper cup. A staff came, killed it, then moved us to a different room. The new room had a construction zone view, but the hotel seemed pretty full. The staff were very friendly. I was just very paranoid about the cockroach afterwards."

It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again. "

"Second time staying here for a business trip. Location is right by the subway station and very convenient for dining/shopping. I arrived very early from the airport and had to wait but the manager really went out of the way to be accommodating. Breakfast was good considering the price. My only wish is that it had a larger lobby as it was difficult to meet guests coming in. The Starbucks attached to the hotel gets really crowded. Overall, great value stay in Seoul. "
