"One of the best stays for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed the fitness center, empty and clean swimming pool and hot tub. The depth of the pool is safe for a 7 year old. The hotel is gorgeous in a perfect walkable location close to the Desert Botanical Garden and Zoo. "

"Problem was room service was awful! They bring food in packages not on service tray or table it was like COVID all over again l won’t stay there next year! Also food choices very lacking! No fresh fruit or vegetables or beverages like ice tea!"

"The location is fantastically convenient in the town of Tempe. For us it was really convenient to family in the local area. There are many options for food bars, or other entertainment during the day locally. We were there before Christmas, which was unique with all of ASU gone for the holidays. My only gripe is the cost of parking at the hotel, which I think was overly expensive. Otherwise, the hotel stay was great lots of amenities, a great workout facility,, bars, and restaurant in the hotel....

"This hotel was nice. We were there for a conference in December and it was cold in the hotel. The restaurant had the wall of windows open and it was freezing. The room was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Also, make sure to try the self driving cars in the city! Waymo self driving cars were amazing."
