"From check in to the quality of the newly renovated rooms and breakfast downstairs, everyone was wonderful! The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. They've done a phenomenal job at maintaining and restoring it back to its 1920's charm. It was walkable to many area restaurants; the downtown Riverwalk and a Starbucks was just one block away. "

"This place is amazing. You really pay for the experience. Not just a room. Service and staff all amazing. Kind of a sad thing but i feel like vending machines would help with late night folks looking for a quick snack or drink. I found one random one on the 4th floor but didnt work. I had to drink sink water in the middle of night. Still. 5 star experience for me. The best view is the corner rooms. Awesome to see the bay area like that"

"Great stay. Will stay again. Only two things i wish were different....1. I wish the door separating the restaurant area from the rooms actually locked. Theres a card key scanner but the door never locked leaving restaurant patrons access to the rooms. The area around the valet smelled of urine. Not sure how the facility could manage this as I know its due to some of the homeless individuals around the area. But again, it was clean, quiet, I felt safe...will stay again."

"where do I start, it smelled like cigarettes upon my arrival. To add insult to injury they had ants in the main bedroom and the kitchen which I made them aware of and all they said they would do was disinfect and give me a partial on my cleaning deposit. Completely disingenuous on customer service and overall support.
