"Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance."

We went in the off-season so there were some minor problems; the first room had no electricity and the laundry products used on the sheets caused minor skin irritation rashes on my spouse and me--not uncommon for them but new for me.
