My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. "Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. "Apartment needs a microwave. Also quality of housekeeping is very inconsistent - sometimes no soap replenished, sometimes bin not cleared, sometimes dishes not washed. Also need to stock up utensils - more spoons/forks, no tea spoons, no butter knife, no steak/fish knives. "
