"Great resort in the middle of others. Breakfast fabulous and the room spacious and clean. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly but maybe just busy. Good location. Prices reflective of being in a resort but it is a lovely walk along the coast into Lapad."

"This was my first stay at an all inclusive hotel - the food was good, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and everything was possible. There are tons of external dining options on the beach front which is no more than 50m or so from the hotel itself. Enjoy!"

"Brilliant stay at Valamir Tirena. All staff were super friendly and the breakfast options each day were fantastic. The added bonus was Maro world for the kids which was well thought out and catered for all ages (my kids are 7, 12 and 14 and all enjoyed going to Maro world). It was my daughter's 7th birthday whilst we were there and they left a card and goodie bag in our room whilst we were out. This was a lovely touch since we hadn't mentioned this to anybody and was a complete surprise for her....

"Maria was lovely and very helpful. Lucy and the other lady was great and nothing was too much trouble for them. Bless them, they even help me with my big suitcase up the stairs. Room was big and spacious. It was so nearby to Banje beach and the old town. Breakfast was basic but it was nice to have the option.
