"A fantastic stay in a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast in the room each morning was great. Being met at the airport and then gate to the old town was an excellent service and made sure we found the hotel. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and the advice given by the staff about what we could do was excellent as was the restaurant recommendation. "

"The room itself was fine. Lighting is nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. We had a hard time operating the A/C and room was hot. The toilet was not clean upon arrival. The room is located up several flights of stairs and the stairwell was not lit on the bottom floors. Check in was at a different location and check in person not helpful for directions to building. In addition I booked a transfer service from airport and we waited for 30 minutes before I had to call to find out the driver...

"We had a wonderful stay here! We were four females traveling together and felt very safe and comfortable throughout our time. The space was the perfect size, and we truly felt like locals. One thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs in the area, and you should be prepared to walk for about 10 minutes with your luggage since cars can't access the old city. Overall, we had a lovely time and can't wait to return soon!"

"Excellent location just off Stradun and near Pile Gate. We had a child in front sitting room and the noise from the cafe opposite was loud as well as general noise on the street. The shower leaked onto the floor which we reported and they will look into fixing. Great for a couple who can sleep out in the back bedroom with earplugs!"
