"Lovely hotel for spa, gym, games room and games area. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff really helpful. Clean. The classic doubles are small and not really big enough for 2 adults to move comfortably around. Shouldn't have to upgrade for this. The bed was bouncy and tended to slant based on heavier person. Also standard double so again cosy for a 4 star hotel. Investment needed in beds. Double room could have been better. Twin Room was fabulous. Much bigger to accommodate 2 people. Twin sinks. "

"The staff were nice and friendly The room was nice, with kettle and tea and coffe supplies Kettle was a bit faulty, wouldnt stay on to boil, I had to hold the button down until it boiled There was a little balcony, however it was locked off, which is fine because i didnt pay for a balcony room. However the windows were quite dirty, so it ruined the view of looking out the window. Also with the window open, the wind whistles betweeen the plastic net rail, so i couldnt leave the window open. "Travelling solo, arrived late and left early. Gym is well equiped, surrounding look great and friendly staff. Didn't use the restrauarant or have any breakfast. Room was reasonable but very warm with no way to cool down other than open a window although a fan was provided. Internet worked well. On the whole a good stay would use again."
