"This was one of the nest hotel stays we have had. The room was very spacious and the best was extremely comfortable. The food at the restaurant was out of this world. We are looking forward to staying there again very soon. We recommend the Richard II room. The only drawback is we couldnt see the TV from the bed. "

"A decent, well located hotel with EV charge points and free parking. The staff were great from check in to the restaurant. The rooms are a good size and clean, bathroom was a little basic and tired but perfectly functional. The pillows are rubbish though. A fairly typical Holiday Inn and one that I will use again for its amenities."

"We chose a bad day to go, there was a Christmas fare on in a marquee in the grounds and the place was packed out with every available member of staff busy in the restaurant, so there was no one mannig the reception, so, we did as the notice on the door said and asked a member of staff to check us in, and although she was rushed of her feet she got us checked in along with another couple who had also arrived. "A bery comfortable stay. TV reception needs sorting out. If you don’t like ITV then tough! Not many other channels available. "

"Really enjoyed out stay. Hotel food was lovely for both breakfast and dinner. We had a large room at the front of the hotel, only real issue was a bit of noise from people chatting in the street under the window as not double glazed but real issue. We would book again"
