"Best located hotel in Darlington- in town centre. Friendly staff. Well kept hotel but needs an update, but great value for money as is. Has food and bar options. Parking limited on 1st come 1st served basis, so only got parking 1 of my 2 nights. No free parking in Darlington centre on any day. Still best place to stay in town."

"Absolutely gorgeous place to stay on the outskirts of Durham. Only a 10 mins drive into the center! The parking is so easy & accessible, great dining options and the staff were SO lovely!
