"The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from all the places we wanted to be. The staff were lovely, especially the lady who greeted us when we arrived six hours later than planned due to a change in our travel plans. The hotel was clean, the hot water was almost instant and the room had very well replenished refreshments, including bottles of water. The breakfast was lovely and i was extremely pleased to see a separate area for dietary requirements. All in all, brilliant value. "

"Stayed in one of the signature suites and it was fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay here again. I did get caught out with the parking refund but that was probably my fault for not reading the small print when I booked. You must rebook the parking with Qpark online and use the discount code provided by the hotel otherwise it’s full price. "

"Room was very nice. Bar experience not great, this place seems to have a very flat atmosphere, not very welcoming. Offer on of Verve rose at £16 a glass but it was warm! Staff didn’t know what to do about this! Tried to prebook parking online using the code they provided on the Malmaison site. The code is invalid. Asked the receptionist to validate our parking ticket but she ‘couldn’t help’ so cost is £33 to park! This puts me off staying again now. Marriott gives parking discount at trinity car...
