"Decent hotel, great transport links for trains and trams. Quite dated and the air conditioning was poor. The room was like a furnace for the entire time of our stay. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast is excellent, if a little expensive."

"The hotel is located in the city center, about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins' walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had to use the self-service machine to check in, but it didn't work and I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an employee to show up (no employees in the lobby or at the bar). Poor service"

"Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and lovely city. Only tip I would give is, don’t have the afternoon tea, just select one of there delicious cakes and have a drink of your choice. "

"Staff was lovely and make great cocktails. Room was really small and zero WC privacy. Perfect for one... Two could be awkward. Safe didn't work and by 10 am there was no hot water. But it's a great location, away from noisy center but still close enough to walk. Very close to chic shops. Hope on subway right at door. "

"A very basic hotel. A bit outdated, but everything is in good repair. The stuff was helpful and friendly. The stay had a personal feel to it. Like staying at someone’s place. I enjoyed it. The only thing I gave four stars is the bed. The mattress was very hard. Will tray again. "

"This is a lovely hotel in a really nice area. The area is pedestrianised so there's no traffic outside which was nice. We used all public transport so this suited us well. The rooms were small but comfortable. The rooftop bar was also very nice although the service was a little slow. "

"Stayed for 4 nights. Incredibly small rooms for the price. Nice staff and otherwise comfortable but you can’t even shower without wetting the hallway. It’s so damn small. For clarity- I opted for the small room. But have done so before and it was not that small. "
