"This is a lovely hotel, maybe a bit dated decor wise, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with usual tea etc, large TV, plenty of storage two chairs, tables and a fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good variety of meals, which can also be purchased in the bar throughout the day. We have stayed 3 times now and have no complaints at all. Whether you stay for 1 night or more, the location is excellent for public transport, tram and bus and...

"Check in staff took ages to check us in because two of them were dealing with one girl ordering drinks. One should have took charge and the other should have dealt with my group of 3 guests, trying to check in. Wasn’t a huge wait but just frustrating when there was two of them. "
