"Hotel was very nicely done. Room was spacious and clean with modern fittings. It's walking distance into Cambridge. A few things prevented it from being a 5-star experience unfortunately: - Purposely 'dumbed down' Smart TV in the room: upon switch-on, the screen displayed 'Samsung Smart TV' but it just had Freeview with the majority of channels missing. I would have preferred a paid movie rental service over this, even if they don't want you to log in to your own streaming services. - £25 a...

"Stayed here for a friend’s birthday celebration, rooms great, service in the cocktail bar was very slow. And not being able to be served at the bar, only table service was a pain."

"Everything was good apart from cleanliness of the room. Friendly staff, useful info, small but well equipped gym, close to shops, restaurants and the bus into the city centre. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, looked like it hadn't been hoovered and the was dried on food on the sofa. The sofa also had a large dip in one side as though someone had lived in the room and not moved off the seat."

Room was spacious, shower had good pressure but the shower door was not the best and the water was spraying out on the bathroom floor. "I was visiting with family. I’d requested a ground floor room because of mobility issues, which was accommodated. The single room was cosy and comfortable. Nice walk in power shower with multiple heads and great selection of complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I ate in the restaurant four times notwithstanding the breakfast time.
