"The stay was okay, service was great for the most part, room was nothing exceptional for the cost. I was told check out was at 12pm and at 11:15am someone from the hotel walked right into our room without saying anything while I was standing without pants on. I used the hotel spa for a facial, was led to the change room and told I could use the hot tub before and after.
