"The property was clearly not a 4 stars hotel despite the information on Expedia. We found some pads in the pool, croach in the toilets, we couldn't have 2 towels for 2 guests. The restaurant cooking was very poor. We had an all inclusive reservation but we went several times to restaurants outside to avoir eating their food. Terrible."

Rooms are decent, but you will come to learn at the hotel that 5 minutes means 2 hours (towels, fixing items etc.) Reception staff, manager and animation team were amazing! So welcoming, and kind made our holiday special "

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...
