"This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "We arrived to the villa at an ungodly hour after a delayed flight and almost couldn't get in because the door was so stiff but the security guard helped us (tip- pull the door towards you while turning the (key!)
