"Azura was unbelievable! The views alone are worth the stay. Let's start with the rooms. I had room with a balcony view in the nautilus section of the resort. Waking up to a view of the ocean was so relaxing. Room was very quiet and romantic. The staff was super professional and attentive. Shot out to Percy! The location is close to Horseshoe Bay and not too far from Hamilton. The salt water pool was very nice. If the tide is low, you can go out onto the beach and walk a ways. I only have one...

"I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person and usually a big fan of the Fairmont, but this was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room we got looked nothing like the room I thought I booked online. It was clean but definitely needed an update. Ok so the hotel isn't fully renovated. I get it. I also get that the service might be a little slow since it's offseason, but I didn't expect to wait an hour from the time we put in a lunch order to the time it got delivered...
