"This hotel was perfect for us. We enjoy being outdoors and stayed in winter. Although a beautiful hotel we felt comfortable walking in in our outdoor boots and coats and the hotel had a quiet, relaxed feel. The staff were excellent, quiet, friendly and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa area was spacious and relaxing. There was no one there when we went but it did get busier later in the day. There are no tea be coffee making facilities in the rooms but you can buy hot drinks...

"We were housed in a sister hotel down the street which was not quite what was expected. This sister hotel was also undergoing renovations so our windows were sealed closed with plastic and we couldn’t get any air flow. Breakfast was at the main hotel as listed here, and was the best we had in Sweden. The main building looked gorgeous (and dinner was amazing), I just feel a little duped about the accomodations and would have appreciated a discount for being in a literal construction zone. "
