"Such a great place, lovely area and the staff is very warm and friendly. My husband forgot his Canada Goose jacket and called from the airport and they were so willing to help and ship to NY! A block from Duomo, around the corner are shops and cafes. Cleaning service was daily and plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend this place."

"It was a totally fine hotel. Front desk was 24 hours and extremely helpful as we had an early departure and they arranged a cab. Breakfast was good. People were friendly. Our room had a balcony. Shopping and restaurants were walkable. But be warned The Last Supper must be booked months in advance. But the nearby church has a great cathedral if you like painted surfaces."

"Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Answered any questions we had about the area/ transport around. The breakfast buffet was great. Loads of options and the food was excellent. The cocktails were also excellent and great value for money as they were massive! Thanks for the lovely stay!"

"Everything was nice especially the breakfast set up. The local area is under construction but dont let that deter you. Note that gps does not take you straight there it is about an extra half mile down. The rain station is right around the corner so you can get to Sarrano in less than half an hour based on time of day and stops. When i come back the plan is to stay there again. "
