"We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. When we got to our room we noticed that the cot beds we had requested were not there but...

"Me encantó el hotel. Lo único malo fue que decidieron hacer un simulacro de emergencia y no avisaron antes. Entonces allí nos tuvieron muertos del miedo porque estábamos durmiendo hasta tarde por el cambio de horario y empezó a sonar la alarma. Fue horrible!!! La chica que estaba en el front desk se portó súper mal pues le pregunté que por qué no avisaron y me dijo le estoy avisando ahora…. En fin la experiencia con el hotel la salvó el chico que estaba de guardia por las noches que era súper...

Having flown all night, we were clearly struggling a bit, and without us even having to ask, they informed us that they would prioritize getting a room cleaned quickly so we could check in early and briefly recuperate before the rest of our day. That meant a lot to us. Thank you to the staff!"
