"Staff are professional and friendly. Food is delicious and price is amazing. One thing was unhappy: the hotels.com and this hotel were not flexible for the refund due to flight delay. I had to checkin one night later due to a 24-hour delay of AA127 02/12. If you could help to credit this night to my account, it would great. Expect you to work this out for your loyal customer. "We liked the housekeeping, the staff members including housekeeping, front desk, doormen. The chefs provided a a wide variety of choices and we looked forward every a.m. for breakfast. We especially liked the split level loft with an 11story view. We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. Large underground supermarket just nextdoor, you need to look or ask where but it has everything and we shopped...

"Great value, very affordable and convenient. The subway station, line 2, a direct line to the Maglev and Pudong airport, is situated adjacent to the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Aiosa whose charm and smiling face at the breakfast venue on the second floor was always a great way to start off the day."
