"Great location, easily accessible to public transport. Centrally located, easy to get to most of the tourist spots. The convenience store & eateries are just a few steps away. Most of the front desk staff are friendly. Had an incident during one of the nights where there was power outage in our room, the technician (with whom we couldn't communicate at all) took quite awhile to resolve the issue, and the help desk guy could only speak Korean and Chinese, very little English, we had a hard time...

"Staff, weather it's housekeeping or front desk are super nice. It's very clean. For those who want to sleep in after 8 am, and are light sleepers, there may be an issue of construction noise. For me the noise never woke me up. Once up, it was slight inconvenience. There are two very nice restaurants on the property. One is owned by the hotel, is at the 27th floor.
