"Excellent location, we were upgraded to a cabin as the glamping pods weren't in use and the cabin was amazing! There was a beautiful hot tub/bath in the room and it felt super cosy with the log burner. The breakfast was good, however we didnt try the bbq for dinner as it seemed very expensive and there were lots of local restaurants that were significantly cheaper and just as delicious. The only negative was that they didnt replenish the logs and on the last few nights didnt replace the towels...

"This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it"

"7c staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs. They really strive to accomplish the desired atmosphere of the place and provide a relaxing environment for their guests. The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko...
