"The beds are super comfy and the amenities are pretty good. The shower is super hot and a great shower head! It is walking distance of everything and the breakfast is a great healthy option. The only down side was there was no help in getting back to the train station with all of our luggage. We were told that we had to walk. I would be aware of this if mobility is an issue."

If you really want to be picky, it's that the hotel is inside a mountain and you need to go downhill to get in and out, which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. "Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."

"Loved our stay here. We were a family of four, all adults. Very quiet and tranquil. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Their english is limited but we used Google Translate to communicate. We had a lovely time here and would definitely come back."
