"I score this hotel in line with expectations - this is an excellent location if you want a day or two savouring a bit of onsen fun and relaxation the way that native Japanese would. Don’t expect up-scale luxury, but certainly I was very impressed that every convenience was provided within the rooms and around the hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. "Amazing view from the room (even tho it was mountain side - still able to see a bit of sea view). Spacious clean room and looked newly renovated. Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again! "

"Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu. "
