"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice....

"The great difficulty and biggest problem is when arriving from the airport to YCAT bus terminal, one would have to lug your heavy luggage through the building, up and down several steep stairways and escalators, for at least 15 minutes, before arrival at your hotel. This is exhausting and very dangerous as one may fall. Changes have to be made. Thank you."
