"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. "The hotel itself was great but it was the staff that made it amazing. Had a few things i needed help and they were quick to help and solve. For example i forgot my contacts at home.... I know rookie move right LOL. So I asked the staff for help and they quickly solved my issue. May not sound like a big deal but if you have ever need contacts in a foreign country well IYKYK. Anyway if you're looking for a place look no further. I will definitely be staying here again."

"We have stayed here a few times while visiting family. It is without a doubt the cleanest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. It’s also in a very convenient location, being in downtown Kamakura. The restaurant on site is good, with a very good breakfast buffet. The only negative thing I can say about it is that it is relatively expensive, especially on weekends when the room rates can sometimes be twice or more what you’d pay for a weeknight stay. "

"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."

"Then staff was extremely helpful and kind. The welcome that we received during check in was a great and unique experience. The room we booked "botan" was very spacious, clean and had a small garden path to our private onsen. We would definitely be coming back again."
