"The hotel is in a fantastic riverside location and only ten minutes walk from York Minster and town centre facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless, calm and comfortable. The car park was rather tricky to negotiate as it was so narrow and breakfast was a little bit disappointing compared to other Radisson hotels I've stayed in due to the layout of the hotel, our room was quite a walk and the view was of heating pipes on a roof. This wasn't really an issue at all...

We were also situated next door to a family with babies who were awake during the night so our sleep was interrupted which was frustrating. The beds were also very soft. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the pool was enjoyable. "
