"Lovely quiet room. City view room was not of the city- faced a block wall! Asked Robin ( reception) for alternative - very unhelpful and rude. Didn’t tell us details of spa /hotel etc when we checked in. Told us to come back at 3pm only to discover our bags had not been put inside luggage room - had been left outside the door unattended and also no room change requested! Robin was going off shift at 3! Hotel very nice, good location. "

"Hotel Miro is a great hotel located directly across the street from the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum. The only thing I would say they could really use is a more sound proof, light proof divide between the room and the bathroom. They currently have a curtain between the two rooms and it’s fine if you are one person, but sharing a room with someone else makes it hard to not have any sound or light proof. Putting a sliding door might do the trick. Something that will lessen the noise of someone...
