This property is in a really good area, close to the subway station and walkable to Myeong dong street market and pretty much walkable to many shopping centers and restaurants so convenience is a real plus, also they have a bus that picks you up and drops you off right in front of the hotel to and from the airport which is a HUGE plus especially if it's your first time going to Seoul, also staff is nice and helpful, and there is a pharmacy and convenient...

"Great staff, location, and very clean. I have stayed here many times on business in Korea, and would love to return to stay here again! This location is very convenient because there is a coach/ limo bus that goes directly from the airport to Dongdaemon Historic district which is about 100 feet from the hotel. There is also a subway stop out front, and plenty to walk to in the area. There is laundry, a nice gym and everything you need. Thank you again to the staff for a wonderful visit!"

"It was close to Coex where I had the conference. The place was clean and adequate. The cafe was closed with nobody informing of that issue until I asked. The gym should be open 24hrs and it's not. Nobody cleaned the room nor did they bring new towels during my four night stay. I took a short to get dry cleaned and asked to be folded and brought to my room and neither of those two things happened."

"Great first stay at Hotel Cappucino. Room was smaller than other western rooms, but was expected as per the pictures. Even though the room was small it was very functional and clean. Bed was comfy and enough pillows for a great nights sleep. Best thing about the hotel was the staff !
