"Great location and close to shopping, subway/bus, and restaurants. Good for family of 4 if you stay in the family suites. Nice experience for our last 2 nights in Seoul. Staff were helpful regarding any questions we had. We had noisy neighbours one night (2.30am!!) and called reception to let them know and within 10 minutes the noise was gone as they said they would send house keeping to check the floor. Happy that they were able to sort this out. Would recommend and stay again."

"Had a lovely stay. Room was great. Took ages to get to the hotel from the airport in the morning due to traffic and we were unable to have an early check in, so we had to wait until 3pm to get into our room after a very long journey. We were inconvenienced when we were unable to get the shuttle back to the airport during early hours and the trains didn’t run until later than we needed, so had to pay for a private taxi which wasn’t cheap. Other than transfers, this was an ideal stay."

"I booked the Suite at Grand Mercure Imperial Palace during my stay in Gangnam, and it was amazing. From the interior decoration to the our hotel room, everything was immaculate. All the staff were very friendly and professional, offering help whenever they can. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangnam, as the location was perfect. It was minutes way from subways and bus stops, which made it incredibly easy to travel around. If I'm ever back in Korea in Gangnam, I plan to stay at this place again!"
