"Quirky hotel in great position near shops etc. Only criticism was breakfast as poached eggs on both days were hard not runny. Otherwise good experience.There are only 7 car park spaces so unless you book early you won’t get one."

"Breakfast was really delicious - our vegetarian option. The staff at breakfast were really kind and looked after is so well. There were a few men dressed in suits whispering to the staff and walking about on phones that made breakfast feel like we were sitting with mafia and made the silent atmosphere quite uncomfortable. Comfort room is really tiny and one luggage rack meant most of our stuff was on the floor. Bathroom is designed badly, soap dispenser too far from sink and drips over toilet....

"The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed! "

"We only spent one night here but our room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was a good choice for breakfast and the staff were all friendly. We would definitely stay again and felt it was great value for the standard. We stayed in a courtyard room but the outside was not really in use at this time of year so cannot comment on any noise"

"It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid for. The Lodge keeps it style it's not aodern building but it's well conserved and renovated. We had a great couple of nights. We came from London to Bath for the first time and we loved it. Only 1 suggestion.. Coming back in the evening I was a bit worried walking with my dáughter towards the Lodge Front door. It's really dark. Make it brighter would definitely make it all better. Thank you ! "
