"Stayed here for 3 nights whilst working in the area. The room was clean with en suite bathroom. Great food on an evening and breakfast. Can fault the staff, very friendly. Limited parking to the rear and over the road."

"Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered. "

"Very clean nicely appointed room with a unique beamed ensuite. Our room wasn't automatically serviced after the first night so had to ask for a fresh towel and for coffee machine supplies to be replenished for the next day. "

"Have stayed before so knew what to expect. The owners are very easy to get on with plus very polite and friendly. Best part of the stay is the English breakfast which is superb all of the trimmings. The breakfast is worth 5 stars alone."

"Absolutely gorgeous stay! Would definitely return and recommend to others. Would just like to see more option on the menu in the barn. A pasta and/or steak dish would be great. "
